Job Summary:
We are seeking a entry level orskilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance duties to ensure the functionality and safety of our hotel(s). This is a position that requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.

Duties:
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance activities
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and plumbing
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and logic controllers
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Basic supervisory skills to oversee contractors when necessary
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills in English
